An Introduction To Dutch New Wave Vol. 31
And so, a bit by surprise, DHL delivered the vinyl yesterday around noon, just when we were about to leave for a visit to Bergen (Noord-Holland). after returning from Bergen, I went straight up and ripped the vinyl. This afternoon I worked on this new Volume, of which most of the songs were arranged already. Some switching here, some changing there and even some re-recording, which in the end resulted in this track list:

02. Bert Barten - Hold On You (3:00)
03. Check The Computer - 1985 (6:51)

Some of the names were featured before, and MAM is becoming a regular feature simply because I am starting to love this band. Their track Pajti Pajti reminds me a lot of XTC.
The intro of World's End reminds me a bit of Killing Joke's A Love Like Blood
It is not a surprise that the sound of Transister, written by Robert Jan Stips, sounds like (The) Nits.
The Bombitas were the former background singers of Herman Brood.
The picture was taken in Bergen and shows the ruin church in the center of the village..
